It has been brought to our attention that there are many people speeding on municipal roads. We ask for the cooperation of the community for the safety of the residents of Mayo to respect the speed limits on municipal roads.
The management of the municipality has contacted the sponsor of the municipality of Mayo at the Sûreté du Québec to inform him of the problem and he assures us that there will be more police presence on our roads, in addition he asks to complete the request form for the citizen and send it to the municipality in order to have a better follow-up of the interventions and to adjust the hours of patrols.
The safety of our citizens is a priority !
